Sunrise Senior Living is a new 95-unit seniors care home next to the Corpus Christi Church in East Vancouver. The development site, at the corner of Waverly Avenue and Clarendon Street in the Victoria-Fraserview neighbourhood, was carved out by subdividing the archdiocese property.
